Handmade in our Central Virginia workshop, this Griddle is a timeless, heavy-duty surface designed to anchor your kitchen or outdoor setup. Created with input from our cooking community, it’s a versatile flat-top surface that spans two burners with ease and thrives in the kitchen, on the grill, or over an open flame. Whether you’re flipping pancakes at dawn or searing steaks at sundown, this will be your new go-to.

This first run is made to order, in small batches, based entirely on pre-order demand. Production begins as the window closes. Orders will ship in the order they’re received, with first shipments expected in August for the earliest buyers.

Our skilled team of craftspeople carefully inspects every product multiple times throughout the manufacturing process. Natural markings such as surface blemishes, minor discolorations, and other subtle variations are a regular part of our craftsmanship and do not affect the beauty or performance of the cookware. These cosmetic details meet our rigorous quality standards. Pieces that do not meet our quality standards as "Firsts" will be offered at a discount on our Garage Sale/Seconds Page. "Seconds" will have minor cosmetic flaws, such as small pits, extra hammer marks, and tooling marks, but these will mostly fade with use and never impact performance.
