When life gives you lemons, you make lemonade. When you have large amounts of "scrap" wood in the wood shop, you make cutting boards. Each board is unique and varies with species of wood used as well as sizing. Species include Cherry, Walnut, Oak and Maple. Small boards have a surface area of < 114 sq in and medium boards range from 115 sq in to 160 sq in.
