8” Chef’s Knife with Stabilized Hardwood Scales and Brass Pins

Crafted in limited quantities, this is the largest production run of our updated chef’s knife. The new design features a deeper 2 1/8” blade and a more pronounced arc along the spine—while maintaining our classic handle for a familiar, balanced feel.

Thoughtfully weighted and beautifully shaped, it’s the knife we reach for daily.
