Every piece is inspected multiple times throughout the making process by our skilled craftspeople. Natural variations, such as surface blemishes, subtle discoloration, or light tooling marks, are a normal part of handmade work and meet our rigorous quality standards. These do not affect performance or longevity.
Knives that don’t meet our criteria for “Firsts” are offered at a discount on our Garage Sale / Seconds page. These “Seconds” may include minor cosmetic imperfections, such as pits, extra hammer marks, or uneven finishes—most of which soften with use and do not affect function.

Protecting Your Heirloom
Preheat gradually to avoid warping
Avoid prolonged cooking with acidic or sugary foods (especially early on)
Stick to neutral, oil-based cooking at first
Use oils with high smoke points (grapeseed, avocado, etc.)
Choose wood, silicone, or nylon utensils

The craftsmanship is evident. The pan's high sides design limits splattering while still being well balanced in the hand. The pan's design resembles a saucier rather than a ordinary skillet. I would highly recommend the pan.
I would not run my kitchen with out your pans in fact we’ve purchased your pans for all five of our kids. Your pans hold the heat perfectly and afterwards they are a snap to clean up. Best of all it is like cooking with a piece of art.

I recently acquired the 13 inch stainless steel lid. The quality of the lid is outstanding like the other products I have ordered from you. My one complaint would be my interaction with your website and customer support. After placing my recent order, I received an email letting me know I had received a certain number of loyalty points. I did not receive an email confirming my order. After about a week of not hearing anything, I sent an email inquiring about my order. I got no response. The package showed up a couple of days later. I actually emailed you a year or two ago when I was getting ready to place an order and never received a response at that time as well. If you’re not going to list a contact phone number, I wish the access to customer service could be easier, especially when purchasing products of this value. Thanks
So when they said stainless but the pictures looked like bronze I wasn't sure I would like them.. Once I got them, I loved the satin matte finish. They reflect a nice warm glow.. They have a nice weight to them making them feel sturdy with out being overly heavy. They fit tightly making a nice tight seal.
I am disappointed that within a week of this top arriving, the color seems to be ‘spot’ peeled off. I haven’t used any harsh chemicals or soap but unclear why this is happening.
