This isn’t my first Blanc Creatives pan, and it wont be my last. The finish is top notch, as is the overall quality. The longer handle really is good at keeping cool, noticeably better than my other pans, plus the bronze is really striking. I really love these things!

I have several carbon steel pans, and this griddle from Blanc Creative is made with thicker steel which I really like. I bought one of the seconds, and I can’t see anything wrong with it!

The cloche is a beautiful piece of equipment. I am using it with my Blanc Creatives roaster for bread. It’s easy to use. I like that I don’t have to reach down into the pan to drop the dough as I do with my dutch oven (which I like and is a great baker) - I can just set it on the flat surface of the roaster and then put the cloche on top. It’s nice. I’ve had the roaster for years and use it almost daily for all kinds of things. We’ll see how I like the cloche over time.
Great partner with the roasting pan. If you are making sourdough bread this is a must have!

Absolutely fantastic pan. Well worth the discount as a second. Really hard pressed to see how different than regular pieces I have other than the seasoning blotchy but that has already evened out after a little cooking.
