I have several carbon steel pans, and this griddle from Blanc Creative is made with thicker steel which I really like. I bought one of the seconds, and I can’t see anything wrong with it!

The cloche is a beautiful piece of equipment. I am using it with my Blanc Creatives roaster for bread. It’s easy to use. I like that I don’t have to reach down into the pan to drop the dough as I do with my dutch oven (which I like and is a great baker) - I can just set it on the flat surface of the roaster and then put the cloche on top. It’s nice. I’ve had the roaster for years and use it almost daily for all kinds of things. We’ll see how I like the cloche over time.
Great partner with the roasting pan. If you are making sourdough bread this is a must have!

Absolutely fantastic pan. Well worth the discount as a second. Really hard pressed to see how different than regular pieces I have other than the seasoning blotchy but that has already evened out after a little cooking.

I am extremely impressed with this little pan!!! I actually love it!! I waited to write the review until a few weeks. The seasoning was easy and after that it’s like using those toxic ceramic pans that cause cancer. I strongly recommend purchasing this 9”. It’s so good, I’m going to purchase one for my kids home welcoming gift.
I love these guys!! Pans, cutting boards, baking steels, rolling pins!! I almost have it all. Such great work. Only problem is they run out inventory too fast.
The cookware is elegant and simple. Heat exchange is very well distributed with no hot spots.
