Use this steel for baking in the oven, as a griddle on a gas stovetop or on your grill. Spans two burners quite well and can accommodate two zones of differing levels of heat - recommended only for gas stovetops. Consistently retains heat while in the oven. Baked goods will develop a beautiful crust while contents cook evenly throughout. Also functions well as an interface for induction cooktops.
