This tender cut of meat, from the short loin, is one of the most popular high end steakhouse cuts. Our hand-cut USDA Prime Strip Steak's fine texture and rich marbling combined with wet-aging provides an incredibly robust flavor and juicy tenderness. The process begins with hand selection of the highest possible grade of grain fed, pasture raised superior beef which is then meticulously wet-aged in vacuum-sealed bags under controlled conditions, preventing moisture from evaporating. It is during this process that enzymes break down the meat’s complex proteins from the inside out, producing meat that is even more tender, sweet and juicy, and then hand-cut by our artisan butchers. Each steak is individually shrink-wrapped and flash frozen to lock in all the natural juices and flavor, then packed in an attractive gift box with enough dry ice to ensure safe delivery. Finally, the container is placed in a heavy-duty corrugated box for an additional layer of protection to ensure that every product is delivered in wholesome condition when it arrives on your doorstep. Sometimes called a New York strip or shell steak, by any name it's a classic steak-lover's steak.

Blanc Creatives crafts premium culinary tools, including carbon steel cookware, bakeware, barware, and cutlery, all hand-crafted in Virginia with heirloom-quality and chef-trusted performance.

Every piece is inspected multiple times throughout the making process by our skilled craftspeople. Natural variations, such as surface blemishes, subtle discoloration, or light tooling marks, are a normal part of handmade work and meet our rigorous quality standards. These do not affect performance or longevity.

Knives that don’t meet our criteria for “Firsts” are offered at a discount on our Garage Sale / Seconds page. These “Seconds” may include minor cosmetic imperfections, such as pits, extra hammer marks, or uneven finishes—most of which soften with use and do not affect function.

Over time, each knife will develop a rich patina, reflecting the meals it’s prepared and the hands that have used it. We proudly guarantee every Blanc Creatives product for life, and we’re here for the long haul of your cooking journey.
