Ideal for baking, stovetop eggs, frittatas, roasts, and elegant table service. Each Heritage Skillet features all-steel construction and is pre-seasoned with coconut oil.
Due to the nature of the forging process, these pans are subject to having surface imperfections that will not impact their ability to cook. As a result, our lids are NOT guaranteed to fit perfectly on the Heritage line.

Blanc Creatives crafts premium culinary tools, including carbon steel cookware, bakeware, barware, and cutlery, all hand-crafted in Virginia with heirloom-quality and chef-trusted performance.
Every piece is inspected multiple times throughout the making process by our skilled craftspeople. Natural variations, such as surface blemishes, subtle discoloration, or light tooling marks, are a normal part of handmade work and meet our rigorous quality standards. These do not affect performance or longevity.
Knives that don’t meet our criteria for “Firsts” are offered at a discount on our Garage Sale / Seconds page. These “Seconds” may include minor cosmetic imperfections, such as pits, extra hammer marks, or uneven finishes—most of which soften with use and do not affect function.
Over time, each knife will develop a rich patina, reflecting the meals it’s prepared and the hands that have used it. We proudly guarantee every Blanc Creatives product for life, and we’re here for the long haul of your cooking journey.

The Heritage Skillet 9" is Beautifully Made and Unbelievable easy and Comfortable to use for everyday cooking such as My Favorite as Beef Stew and Borch with Beets.
Great Heat resistance and even cooking.
Absolutely Love ❤️ it ❤️ 👍 👌 👍 👌 👍
I am extremely impressed with this little pan!!! I actually love it!! I waited to write the review until a few weeks.
The seasoning was easy and after that it’s like using those toxic ceramic pans that cause cancer. I strongly recommend purchasing this 9”. It’s so good, I’m going to purchase one for my kids home welcoming gift.
Absolutely fantastic. Lots of other carbon steel pans tend to warp or round out on the bottom over time of heavy heat/use, not this one. It’s rock solid and worthy of every dish it’s used for. The beauty alone with all of the hand made flourishes make this one of a kind.
Absolutely fantastic product! Heavy duty material and the low profile is great for things you need to move around and get to in the skillet. The hand hammer marks are clearly visible which I like - can tell true craftsmans made these.
Bought the 11 inch heritage skillet when it was available almost 2 years ago and continue to enjoy it daily. It’s beautiful, never rusts even after washing, and cooks like a dream. Handle is easy to old. Pan has the “just right” weight feeling. I could not be happier with this skillet.
I've been into cast iron for a while since I'm trying to avoid chemicals in my family's food. However, after switching to this 9'' heritage skillet, I'm enjoying that it's a little lighter than cast iron. Add the beauty and performance, this is my new favorite pan ... will be back for more BC Heritage offerings.
BC, if you're listening, can you make a wok?
Store owner replied:
We are listening! A wok is on our radar and frequently requested but it'll be a while before we have the bandwidth and means to develop a new pan design like that which also meets our standards. Hopefully we can get to that in the coming years - thank you for the suggestion and feedback!
Great pan, surface texture is perfect, beautifully hammered
Great piece of cookware. Picked up a roasting pan yrs ago when Blanc partnered with Best Made Co. use to often and love to. Along with Blanc skewers! The heritage skillet is a wonderful addition and gets daily use.
Thanks all, great stuff.
Absolutely love this pan. Not only is it a work of art, but I use it as my daily work horse now. After making sure to get a solid seasoning, I've seared steaks, cooked omelets, fried eggs, crispy skin salmon, bacon, chicken...it does it all perfectly. It has decent weight to it but still allows you to toss it around with ease. Looking forward to adding to the collection in the future. Thanks for a quality product. Highly recommended!
