Great for baking, stove-top eggs, frittatas, roasts and for table service. Each Heritage Roaster is made of all-steel construction and coated with coconut oil.
Due to the nature of the forging process, these pans are subject to having surface imperfections that will not impact their ability to cook. As a result, our lids are NOT guaranteed to fit perfectly on the Heritage line.

Blanc Creatives crafts premium culinary tools, including carbon steel cookware, bakeware, barware, and cutlery, all hand-crafted in Virginia with heirloom-quality and chef-trusted performance.
Every piece is inspected multiple times throughout the making process by our skilled craftspeople. Natural variations, such as surface blemishes, subtle discoloration, or light tooling marks, are a normal part of handmade work and meet our rigorous quality standards. These do not affect performance or longevity.
Knives that don’t meet our criteria for “Firsts” are offered at a discount on our Garage Sale / Seconds page. These “Seconds” may include minor cosmetic imperfections, such as pits, extra hammer marks, or uneven finishes—most of which soften with use and do not affect function.
Over time, each knife will develop a rich patina, reflecting the meals it’s prepared and the hands that have used it. We proudly guarantee every Blanc Creatives product for life, and we’re here for the long haul of your cooking journey.
Orders typically ship within a week, though timing may vary seasonally. For the latest updates, visit our FAQ. Shipping rates calculated at checkout.

Beautiful piece of work, looks great on the table and great on the rack. Nimble from stove to oven to table. Though not guaranteed, the matching stainless steel lid fits perfectly.
This is also a second one of these for use at our CA place. Far and above Blanc makes the best all around cookware for versatility and presentation of food.
Love this roaster! Seasoning it was a breeze. Heats quickly and evenly, and it's virtually non-stick. Do I NEED a hand-crafted, carbon steel roaster? Well, technically no. But is it super fun to cook with? Heck yeah!
I waited a few months before giving my review to be fair with the feedback. This has been absolutely the best pan I have ever used. It’s helped produce some of my best dishes as of late and has replaced my main staples that I cooked on in the kitchen. I am mad at myself for not finding this sooner and my only regret was not buying more of them. I will be purchasing more next year in different sizes and can’t not wait to have this pan to cook with for many many years.
Perfect ratio of workable surface area and edge height. The hand hammered texture on the sidewalls are gorgeous. So far the seasoning build up has been quite easy and predictable and this roaster is being used almost daily as a handleless skillet for breakfast items and then as a roaster/serving dish in the evenings. It's quickly becoming my favorite kitchen piece.
Love this roaster! Beautiful craftsmanship and quality. The performance of carbon steel is so even and reliable. This is my fourth Blanc Creatives cookware piece. Roasted a leg of lamb in it so far and it did not disappoint! I expect to be passing these pieces down to my kids when the time comes.
I just finished seasoning the pan so I haven't used it but I love all the pieces I have from Blanc! Thank you for making quality artsan materials available.
Absolutely the very best carbon steel pans! I love the two-loop handles to take up less space on my stovetop. The hammered heritage versions are gorgeous and perfectly functional. They have a slick-as-glass bottom that makes for easy stirring, flipping, and cleanup. I very, very highly recommend!
I love it! I do wish you guys would make a shallower pan, like a crepe pan, with the hammer marks again…I got one from you a couple of years ago and would love to get more of this shape for gifts!
