Blanc Creatives crafts premium culinary tools, including carbon steel cookware, bakeware, barware, and cutlery, all hand-crafted in Virginia with heirloom-quality and chef-trusted performance.
Every piece is inspected multiple times throughout the making process by our skilled craftspeople. Natural variations, such as surface blemishes, subtle discoloration, or light tooling marks, are a normal part of handmade work and meet our rigorous quality standards. These do not affect performance or longevity.
Knives that don’t meet our criteria for “Firsts” are offered at a discount on our Garage Sale / Seconds page. These “Seconds” may include minor cosmetic imperfections, such as pits, extra hammer marks, or uneven finishes—most of which soften with use and do not affect function.
Over time, each knife will develop a rich patina, reflecting the meals it’s prepared and the hands that have used it. We proudly guarantee every Blanc Creatives product for life, and we’re here for the long haul of your cooking journey.
Orders typically ship within a week, though timing may vary seasonally. For the latest updates, visit our FAQ. Shipping rates calculated at checkout.

Just wow! I use it everyday and makes cooking seem like a special occasion!
As a restaurant owner, I appreciate the quality of your product. I purchased it for my son who recently put in a pizza oven. I also purchased the griddle which is now being made as I did not want him to purchase a lesser quality. A great set of pans like a great set of knives is essential. Thank you, Paul
As soon as one became available I was sent an email and it came without delay right after I ordered. It's gorgeous!! Just the right size and cooks beautifully. Thank you Alton Brown for the recommendation. I'm so happy to support a small American company!
Fantastic warranty service from Blanc Creatives. I had a small problem with skillet I purchased recently and they replaced it promptly and without any hassle! Love the product.
Low sides work well for my applications. I mostly use the pan in my wood fired oven. It is very well made and when properly seasoned, the pan is completely non-stick and cooks the items very well.
I bought the roaster to use in my wood fired oven when I want to make something other than pizza. I chose the model with two handles because that made it easy to rotate when it was in the oven. I first learned of these Blanc Creative pans when watching The Wood Fired Oven Chef on You Tube, and watching that will give you lots of examples of its versatility. I’ve only used it twice since I bought it very recently but it made some great roast potatoes and vegetables in my oven. The craftsmanship is evident, it’s really an heirloom quality piece of cookware.
We got this skillet in 2022. It was our first Blanc Creatives product. We love it and use it everyday. It's perfect skillet for a quick egg omelet or tofu with some olive oil. I highly recommend this product.
I purchased the 11” roaster a few months ago and use it in my pizza oven as well as daily in my kitchen. I was so impressed with the quality that I immediately ordered the larger one. Amazing product. Worth the price. Excellent service as well.
I appreciate that this cookware is handmade, will be used for a lifetime and passed on, which speaks to the quality of these pieces. The design is simple, attractive, and lends itself to ease of use while cooking and serving. Most importantly, it cooks beautifully - excellent heat distribution and retention; goes from cook top to oven. Follow instructions for seasoning and cleaning and you’ll use this cookware for years.
Great addition to the stove top and smoker. Fill it with mushrooms and butter and put on your smoker. By the time your meat is cooked your mushrooms have become the PERFECT gastronomic companion
The thing severely warped the second time I used it because it was over medium high, induction heat. After it cooled it returned to “almost flat”, there still is a slight bow to the bottom of the pan. Was only after this happened that I went to their web page and read the “do’s and don’ts”, that warned against to high a heat. This information did not come with the pan itself, instead I got a glossy printed card with a baked eggs recipe. How do they not include information that you might ruin the pan if you use over medium-high heat (I was adding more seasoning)? Love the pan, very disappointed with the lack of information that came with it. On the upside, I did get that shiny glossy postcard with a baked egg recipe. 😏
